Thank you for visiting JMB Personal Fitness Studio (JM B-FIT). People always ask, when can I expect to see results.  Well here are the facts: 

My experience is 3 times per week for 3 months is MAGIC...you will see Great Results...people tend to do great for 6 weeks and go hmmm feel better but not seeing the results I wanted....BUT WAIT you stopped too soon.....just when the magic begins to happen you quit...BAH!!!  but WHY....we all want the quick fix the magic pill...but truly the  only Magic is to eat a clean diet (80/20 RULE) and regular training you need both to get results.  You cannot out exercise a bad diet and you cannot just eat a clean diet to get strong...you need them both!!!
